I recently completed the RAW 12 week programme - and I feel great!
The basis of the programme is 12 weekly 'tools', designed to fit in with your daily routine.
Justine introduces a new tool each week in a video & gives ideas and discusses how to incorporate them into your day. Some are simple, some may be more of a challenge, and some you may already to do a degree - but commit to them each week and you will definitely notice a change.
Justine is clear in her instructions & answers any questions or struggles you may have. She recaps the previous weeks tools before leading you into the next to keep the momentum going.
The coaching calls were great - she was able to highlight were I felt stuck and gave a me a push to take control of my focus. This is delivered with love and care, not forcing but helping you to become aware of your own personal blocks.
I can honestly say that after the 12 weeks, I feel more positive, motivated and calm. I have started the New Year feeling happier & energised - Thank you Justine!
